Welcome!

Strength Of A Queen CIC is a survivor-led community for women who have experienced narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse or emotionally harmful relationships and are now rebuilding.

Here, women can learn, reflect and connect without judgement. Every story is different, and every woman deserves to move at a pace that respects her circumstances, choices and safety.

You are not expected to be fully healed before you belong here. You only need to arrive as you are.

Our Mission...

Our mission is to provide safe, survivor-led spaces where women can rebuild confidence, identity, and emotional strength after narcissistic abuse. We do this through workshops, community gatherings, educational resources, and supportive conversation. We focus on practical tools, emotional clarity, and steady growth.

Healing is not about forgetting what happened. It is about reconnecting with yourself and reclaiming your power one step at a time.

Our Story...

Gladys Eddy | Founder of Strength Of A Queen

Strength Of A Queen was founded by Gladys Eddy, a mother, mentor, author and survivor.

After experiencing more than a decade in a narcissistically abusive marriage, followed by years of difficult co-parenting and emotional recovery, Gladys recognised how isolating the rebuilding process can feel. Strength Of A Queen grew from a clear purpose: to break silence, increase awareness, understanding and create the kind of supportive community many survivors struggle to find.

The organisation provides educational content, recovery-focused resources, books, workshops, community activities and introductory support conversations. Each part of the work is informed by lived experience and designed to help women rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries and move forward with greater confidence.

Strength Of A Queen exists to remind every woman:

You are not broken. You are rebuilding. You are still a queen.
