Discovery Call Details:
This free discovery call offers a calm, non-judgemental space to discuss where you are now and what kind of support you are looking for. You might be rebuilding after narcissistic abuse, navigating difficult co-parenting, strengthening boundaries or trying to reconnect with your confidence and identity. What To Expect: - A 45-minute video or telephone conversation. - Space to describe your goals without pressure to disclose traumatic details. - An overview of relevant Strength Of A Queen support, resources or community activities. - Signposting to specialist organisations when another service would be more appropriate. - No pressure to purchase a service. Booking-form privacy note Please share only the information needed to help us prepare for the call. Do not include detailed descriptions of abuse, medical records or legal documents. Information submitted through this form is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose of the Call: The free 45-minute Discovery Call is designed to help you gain clarity on your current challenges and explore the types of support available through Strength Of A Queen. It is an informal, supportive conversation, not therapy or crisis counselling. Booking and Confirmation: - Once you select a time and submit your form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your call details and meeting link. - Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. - Calls are held via Zoom - if you prefer a phone call, please state so in the booking form. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. - Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean future bookings are paused. Late Arrivals: - I allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, the call may need to be rescheduled to respect other clients’ time. Confidentiality: - Everything shared during the call remains private and confidential. - Notes are kept securely and never shared without consent.
